2. Artificial breeding of cattle 1. The owner of the cow will bring the cow to the artificial insemination center after the cow is in heat and apply for artificial insemination. 2. Farmers/animal owners bring cows to the breeding center 8-10 hours after heat. 3. Appropriate tests are conducted after registration at the artificial insemination center. Then artificial insemination is done as per the rules after collecting the fee through government receipt and receipt is issued.
3. Vaccination of cattle 1. Livestock owners will bring their livestock to the vaccination center and apply for vaccination. The vaccinating authority will prepare the vaccine for vaccination and collect the fee. After collecting the fee, the vaccination will be given and the animal owner will take the animal home. Nibir vaccination programs are conducted regularly according to the needs of the area. 2. At least every 15 days a disease must be vaccinated. 3. In the event of an outbreak of a disease, the vaccination of that disease is provided on an urgent basis. 4. Certain animals are vaccinated against certain diseases.
4. Poultry vaccination 1. The owner of the livestock will deposit the poultry at the specified place and apply for vaccination. After receiving the vaccine, the vaccine will be donated. Every week Thursday 1 day in the Upazila animal hospital, chicken vaccination is provided. 2. Vaccination is provided as per requirement at Union Animal Welfare Centre. 3. Vaccination is provided according to the needs of a specific area through service workers. 4. Vaccination is provided routinely in government/private farms.
5. Farmer/farmer training 1. After getting the necessary allocation, after preparing the list consisting of F, A/U, L, A and U, PM members, after approving the list in the U, P/Municipal and Upazila Parishad meetings, the day, date and time of the training is fixed and the concerned are informed2. Guest speakers are selected as needed. 3. The training is completed after training for a certain period of time.
6. Free Vaccination and Deworming Free vaccination and deworming of local cattle and poultry by setting up camps in specific areas.
7. Provision of emergency services during disasters Preparation of priority list for provision of emergency services during disasters. Services are provided in specific areas according to the needs of the affected areas and subject to availability of service products. During natural calamities, the department provides emergency services with the help of local administration, public representatives and private service organizations.
8. Dissemination of improved technology to the public For the transfer of improved technology to the public, meetings/trainings are organized with farmers/farmers through which the technology/information is transferred to the public.
9. Receiving and disposing of public complaints Actions are taken after hearing the complaints from the public regarding the services which cannot be provided directly to the people/people do not get them.
10. Distribution of improved varieties of grass seedlings/seeds Farmers are selected in specific areas for grass cultivation in specific areas. Farmers are regularly trained. After the training the seeds/seedlings are distributed. After distribution of seeds/seedlings grass plots are inspected.
